How to determine the right size?
In case of bracelets, it is very important to determine the size accurately, since they are not made with elastic threads, and especially in case of children +/- 1 cm is significant.

In order to choose the right size, we suggest you first put a string around your/your baby’s wrist, mark the size wanted, measure it and then make your order in our webshop.

We cannot make jewelleries to size. We sell jewelleries only in certain sizes indicated in our webshop.

The same way, with the help of a string, you can determine the right size for necklaces as well. The 31-33 cm long necklaces usually fit perfectly children 0- 2 years of age. In case of chubby babies, you may want to take a more accurate measurement. :)

Exchange
If you find the purchased necklace too small or too big, we can exchange it for you, in case we have the requested size in stock. Please contact us before sending the product back for exchange.

• Place the item in an air bubble envelope. (You can use the envelope in which you received the product, just readdress it.)

• Make payment for return shipping charges.
• We mail you the exchanged item promptly.
